Our sourcing fee typically ranges from £2000 - £5000 depending on the deal type and location. All fees are transparently disclosed upfront.
When do I pay the sourcing fee?
A reservation fee is due to secure the deal, and the full sourcing fee is paid upon exchange or completion.
Is the sourcing fee refundable?
Once the deal is secured we offer a 14 day cooling off period where you can you request a refund if not happy with the deal provided, however, after that the fees are non-refundable.
